I took my daughter and nephew to The West Midlands Safari Park, two weeks ago, and we had a fantastic day out.
The park has four fantastic miles of self-drive safari, with close encounters all along the route. For a small fee you can purchase animal food to feed the tamer of the animals, such as the deer and goats (the kids loved this).
After all the excitement of seeing the wild animals you can visit the amusement park, which has rides for all ages. The West Midlands Safari is a 50 minutes drive from The Abbey Hotel, so if you have children to entertain and are looking for a fun weekend away, why not consider staying over.
Many people do not see Great Malvern as a destination to take their children to on holiday, but it is the perfect place. Not only can you visit places like Cadbury World, Shortwood Farm, Severn Valley Railway and Go Ape to name a few, but you have the Malvern Hills to explore which provides hours of fun(at no cost).
Take a look at Sarova.com for availability and great packages for the family.
