
The first party was the annual Christmas party for the RSPCA. A masked ball that helped the organisers achieve record donations. Everyone played the part and some of the outfits were very extravagant with one of the female guests even asking me - under the influence of a couple vodka martinis - if her outfit was a bit over the top. In total we catered for 180 guests.
The feedback with regards to food and service as well as the venue was excellent and gave the team the boost we need to cope with the 3,000 confirmed covers we will be catering for until the last day of 2007.
