Christmas never goes away for hoteliers. We're busy organising parties throughout November and December and sometimes in January, we have our own party in February (I know, weird). March, April and May are spent putting together packages and menus for the coming year and June, July, August, September and October promoting Christmas! Then we start the whole process all over again...
